A Fife Health and Social Care Partnership agenda, on

Rehabilitation Service Redesign", where it says "If
individuals are not discharged there is a risk that Fife Council Social
Service and NHS Fife will not meet statutory duties in relation to NHS
Community Care Act 1990 and Mental Health (Care and Treatment)
2003, and individuals ready for discharge will remain delayed in
hospital." and that "To date, two people have been discharged as part of
this service redesign programme.".
